Im sure I heard it on the radio that mortgage lenders were not going to lend against properties with these types of agreements as the company effectively has rights over your property. If you are buying them out right there are no issues. Just check for your own piece of mind as I think the agreements are good for 25 years...a lot can change in that time!

My loft is being done soon, i had the bloke around he said we have to much insulation already and neither of us are on benefits or over 70 but they will still do it free lol. As for solar panels , i feel for the neighbours and anybody that has to look at them !.
