I think it's the fact that you are trying to keep your car looking nice by protecting it with something that makes your car look ugly.  You either love em or hate em, each to their own.

Recently got one for my Tornado ED30, when it's on it sticks out a mile BUT it does what it's supposed too so can't complain. Most of the time it will not be on the car, I have mine for motorway use (which I hardly ever do) and for when winter comes and the gritters are out.

I had 2 huge chips that had been touched in poorly (by previous owner) Chips away/Dent tech £200 Bonnet Bra on Ebay £38.99 inc postage...

Easy decision for me.
