I think this is about time I did some shameless promotion on behalf of my mate. He finished where I work several years ago to go to Aus, did his apprenticeship on a coffee van in Sydney and has subsequently came back to the UK to set up his own coffee empire.

Details of his wares here. http://www.ravecoffee.co.uk/

He is opening a cafe at his new roasterie so you can sample the goods. It is just off the A419 in Cirencester. Worth a look.  :happy2:

Just been on the website, looks good, very impressive stuff. Are the blends your mates own blends?  Will give the "Signature Blend" a go in Bean form and try out my new 'lectric grinder that my daughter bought us. She was a barista maestro and until recently was a manager at costa coffee in Horsham! I know I'm just saying this but GOD she makes a mean Latte.

Anyone who likes Syrup with their coffee try these peeps, incredible range and good prices. Handy pump dispensers as well.

I have a Nespresso machine that must've been going more than 5 years now. Capsules are a little dear, but you can save a bit by buying 200 at a time and getting free delivery. If you like Italian coffee, Lavazza make similar pod machines and I think you can buy these in Waitrose.

I like my coffee myself (not a morning person ) and have a Phillips Sensso (uses the pods) for quick n easy or for stronger better coffee I use a Krups coffee grinder and a Gaggia Cubika machine  :happy2:
