A couple lads I know down my way did the first cossie tranny back in the day. They did a lot of mad builds on Fords.

I have seen Geoff's vans at the shows :smiley:

Ah yeah, I remember when Geoff had a Transit Cossie in Imperial Blue a good few years ago.

I ended up dabbling in a few fast fords myself about 10-15 years ago, in between all my german motors. Had a mint low mile 1990 Escort RS Turbo, a less mint 1987 Escort RS Cab with a tweaked series 1 motor (for about 3 months over winter....wrong timing!) and a magenta sapphire 2wd cossie lastly and again briefly - was always worried about it going pop and costing me big time.

There's a garage in a quiet little village near us that always has plenty of old school fast fords outside. I used to always have a nosey when I was dropping my motorbikes off for MOT's next door.
