Oil on spark plugs, white smoke from exhaust possible causes

Firstly i thought it was down to the pistons or rings but had a compression test done today and all cylinders read the same amount of pressure so this must mean nothing from the engine side?
I am trying to pinpoint the issue here and wondering what other tests can be done to find results, What do the symptoms look like?
yesterday i changed 4 sparkplugs and after a while cylinder 2 started misfiring, got the sparg plug out to find it was gone so changed that plug and now same thing has happened again misfire from the same cylinder any ideas?

Also if you dont want to help dont bother tellng me to go to a VAG specialist because I have, The place am at has a mechanic from the dealer and they are german car specialists, I have excellent service from them for the last 4 years and this is where all the work will take place end of.

The turbo could be at fault.

It may be so but if the turbo was faulty why would excess oil go on to the spark plugs, initially the smoke made me think it was the turbo

No I actually think the other thread had loads of mixed results, where as today after compression test it's starting from a different level as it seems I don't need to strip the engine no more, and better to start fresh

Please bring it to someone who has plenty of experience with these engines. If you had first then you might'nt be in this mess.

Yes its called diagnosing? You would know wouldnt you what on earth you can't  just know the problem out of your head you need to do testing don't you??
