RNS/RCD 510?

hi there does anyone know how genuine this item/seller is as hes listing it as a RNS/RCD510, im really interested in putting one in my golf and connecting it to a HDD or my ipod am i right in saying that can be done? whats needed for this?

You do realise that listing is not actually for the rns510 unit but just the oem bluetooth kit?  Youll be looking at roughly another £200 on top of that price for a rns510.

oh sh** yeah, so you reckon £500 for the actual head unit? is it worth it? ive got tomtom lol but would like ipod or hdd functionality in the car

I can get them for £550 and the rns510 already has a hdd built in.

20gb, and you can do it via cd/dvd or sd card

the units are 1TO units so I beleive from a Golf but they are inported the one Ive just put in was from germany has the stations still had the station name and language in german,  I think they are possibly refurbed imports??? the lad deals from manchester and if you go to the free ads(gumtree) and put in mfd3 his advert will come up. He advertises all oem sat nav units,  hes called Justin.
