Potential Opportunity for a Re Map?
« on: May 26, 2012, 08:13:54 am »
I have a chance of getting a second hand Bluefin which has actually never been used or oiut of the box. Are there any issues in me buying it as I am not the original owner. Don't Bluefin download the map, if so will they only do this to the original owner?

Thanks for any help.

bluefin logs the VIN when first plugged in to the car and then cross refrences it will the 'authorised list' on the bluefin server.

chances are it wont work, how ever because it has a fresh licence that has never been used i would think superchips could amend the vin for it to work

I will need to contact Bluefin then before I purchase to see how much they will charge to change and if the saving is worth it? Not open till Monday  :sad1:
