Steve/Phil DSG remap is a no brainer and cheap (relatively)  :evilgrin:

Hurdy are the pipes on the EVOMS metal or plastic?

I need an intake, I love the psst the stock car makes but its a little quiet in my book.

The pipes on my Octavia were plastic. I am guessing the Edition 30 pipes will be the same material.

The top pipe across the engine bay is plastic. The MAF housing and downpipe are alloy :happy2:

There's a guy over on golfgti.co.uk who has just had his on for a week and taken it off. You may well get it at a knock down price if you ask quickly Nath.

Just to clear it up (cause when I was reading the spec on the EVOMS kits a while back I was a little shocked how they are charging this much for one and yet they are using plastic pipework.)



Red = Alloy/Aluminium Downpipe Section
Blue = Plastic

Then theres just the headshield section which is also alloy?? Am I right?

The heatshield is stainless steel, but doesn't seem to fit on mine as there is other pipework in the way!

Currently trying to get a CF one made. :innocent:

Wasn't really planning on gettin one but at the right price I may be interested. This one was KO3 so a no goer!
