Vw discounts?

Been think about a edition 35 in september.

I work at vauxhall and today sold a astra 1.6turbo Gtc, the guy got 8% vauxhall partners discount, £1000 manufacture deposit contribution, £500 stock car bonous.

Now I was thinking of getting a used car but was wondering if vw do these kind of discounts on new cars and what sort of discount could be achieved?

thanks guys, idealy i would like to buy through a dealer but those online guys seem to give a decent amount off.

one thing i did come across on my google travels was some people that got 20% through VAG UK in Milton Keynes on an Audi via a employee discount, now my dad works for a audi dealer and i was thinking i might have to try and find out if i could get some discount form him on a VAG car.

Tbh i said i would never buy a new car again but with used prices being so high and dealer discounts new is looking a good deal.

British forces get good discounts on bmw/mini but never near 20% ! You will be lucky to get anywhere near 10% tbh . You can get discount on rubbish but not on quality .
