i'm guessing the discs will have the wrong PCD, but you'll need to be a bit more specific. i'd imagine the calipers could fit with the right mounts, but it'll depend on whether they'll actually give you better brake performance

they're from a 2002 Wrx sti I was expecting the discs not to fit but was hoping I could make something work with the calipers as they're very good and would rather do that than sell them on. Also they're green so would look cool

I don't think they are radially mounted, but I'm sure some adaptors could still be made for them.

Anything can be made to fit if you really want to but whether they are hydraulically right...
Measure the pistons if you can
