I have purposely being avoiding everything to do with the Jubilee and so I'm not watching TV concerts etc but Jessie's voice is usually better than one might expect. Not the very best there is but nevertheless quite good.

Cheryl is nicer eye-candy though.

Is all this Jubilee stuff continuing tomorrow as well? - I do hope not!

+1

couldnt have put it better myself.  :happy2:

I'm not anti-Royalist as such but that family is merely one which is ultra rich, property owning, and powerful. The country's religion is all intertwined with it too - It's all about power over the people. Fine if people want to swear allegiance to it or celebrate its longevity but it's simply not in my heart.

Concert started of terribly with some real crap but got going in style with Kylie, Madness and Stevie.  Thought that Will I Am chap was a prat but that performance last night took the biscuit. Had my youngest round and friends and we all loved it.

ETTO with their opinions regarding the Monarchy.  We are fans in our family and have enjoyed all four days. Proud to be British myself. No one does Pomp and Ceremony like us!!

My dad came round yesterday (very, very proud serviceman, ex RAF pilot) wearing his new t shirt:-  :signLOL:

A great 4 days weekend to celebrate the UK and our Monarchy   :pomppomp:

....I agree, but that's a different thing from being patriotic and celebrating jubilees to such an OTT extent. Each to their own though - I have managed to easily avoid the jubilee thing, so I'm happy  :happy2:
