I liked the argument on Jeremy vine the other week saying you can't fill up a paddling pool with a hose but you can with a bucket. Same with washing a car, watering the garden etc.

So it's not save water as you can still technically use it just not with a hose, so all the ban is doing is stopping lazy people using water as they can't be bothered to use buckets etc

People wash your cars, they cannot fine you it is a bogus ploy.

I will be washing my on Sunday and I plan to use plenty of water through the course of the day
