Retro fit front armrest guide

I've done a search but the link doesn't seem to be working

Search outside of this forum, I may have used one from a Mk4 forum or one from the States, either way there should be some out ther with pics. I'm no dab hand but it took me about 30 minutes, getting all the parts took the time, I didn't bother with connecting up the vents though. Good luck

Mev still haven't found a guide despite a google hunt - all the links I can find seem to have expired??  :sad1:

Higher 1 - Just bought the armrest off liver on the for sale section - hopefully all the bits i need (apart from the ducting - can't be bothered with the hassle of trying to fit)

I presume that if I'm not bothered about the ducting I can leave the centre console in place?? ie remove old rear cup holder section (3 secrews)and replace with armrest??

Am I being too optimistic??

You are correct. Retrofitted my armrest, no more than a 30 min job  :happy2:
VCDS cable HEX-USB+CAN. New but can do the basics including coding

I used the VW fanatics one, did the job and helped me find the parts.
