Relating to the map that Stealth posted. Instead of the red blobs, couldn't we just have those 12 areas and then when you put the mouse curser over that area it highlights the members in that area. Very vague I know, but it would help those out in that area. Could probabbly chop it into a few more areas - Eire and Wales for example, or down to counties.

Just a thought, because then it would be easy-ish to put it into a dropdown section somewhere on the forum and have the map contained in its own embedded page :smiley:

Me too - wouldn't be too difficult to knock up a map in Flash, though this would be a little more time consuming to keep updated.

indeed  :happy2: maybe with data supplied by a php query so we store the user data in the same place as this bb??

found one plugin which interfaces with googlemaps

ive ploted myself on that, ive just been on to see which is used.
