So can VW get the G in? I have the D but hear stories of due to being plastic they leak air through...

Bought one from TPS Bournemouth (as they call themselves... despite being in Poole) about a month ago. No problem sourcing one then.

Nice one, did you fit it yoursellf? and was it a tricky? (for someone who hasn't done it before)

Yes mate, got a good guide online although these are much easier on the ed30 than the standard gti. Ed30 DV is on top to the front of the engine and 3 torx size 30 bolts, unclip the electrics and all done. 10 mins all good make sure it's all flush and good fit

can you post the a link to guide or even a picture as to where the DV is on the ED30

thanks

Here are some pics of where the DV is located on the ed30, Took my time and got it done. Just abit of time and patience( if still not confident get someone who can, might aswell pay to get it done than damage stuff and end up with a hefty bill)

replaced some new coils and plugs while in there

1st pic of DV location

My 'D' revision lasted around 18 months, couldn't run pass 16psi (usually 24psi with present software) now running a 'G' diaphragm with a 'D' body
Laser Blue with K04 power, APR hardware controlled by REVO 2+ software
Chassis by KW V3's, Whiteline and a hint of PRO race 1.2's
Brakes by Brembo 4 pots

Hi there, I did actually try my local vw dealer 1st, their parts person asking me 'whats a dump or diverter valve?' so tried every other avenue and still no joy, so unless you know a dealer who can actually get me 1 in and send it to me??
Cheers
Andrew
