Excellent. That one word sums it all up. Nothing less fits the bill.

Considering my previous epic failings by the glorious Volkswagon Group, it was so refreshing to to get problems fixed and speak to someone who doesn't BS.

Well what can i say! I can do nothing but praise Alex for all his help the other day! fantastic guy, extremely helpful and laid back, his attention to detail is first class.... 110% recommended!
