I like the 'if girls can do it', girls also give birth and go back for more, its not a fair comparison.

My worst was a tribal band, when they first came out right bodge, it felt like someone had put a lighter under my arm.

Get some chuppa chuppas in case you pass out as you may not know it but the needle thing can get some.

My wife had a lovely one on her foot and she said it was worse than childbirth! But the tattooist said one of the worse places.

Good luck, its fun, addictive and is a life reminder of your youth.

A friend named Damian Heath, who at the mo is working out of PropperTattooz up here in Stoke-on-Trent.

regarding the pain, I've seen so many people with unfinished underarm tattoos yet I found it relaxing under the bicep, tingled a little as he went towards the arm pit but thats it....

Worst place I found was the actual elbow bone and funny bone but thats it....

The pain level can also depend on how skilled/unskilled the tattoo artist is,

I definitley thought the outline was more painfull than the shading.

it is true that they are addictive.

and very easy to go overboard........

One of my mates has alot of tattoo's
one in particular is a fish, :rolleye:
he says "its a coy and it has meaning blah blah blah"......

.........  but he has a 12 inch goldfish on his side  :signLOL:

I have been wanting one for a very long time. Tempted to get one down my side to start or just go all out and get a sleeve.

There is a very good artist local to me who uses bamboo. A couple of my mates have had big pieces done and they are brilliant.

The site isn't the best and the picture gallery don't really do them justice.
