Count Bugatti would turn in his grave. Apparently no matter how rich you were, if the Count didn't like your table manners or breeding, he wouldn't sell you one of his cars. Or perhaps that only applied to the Bugatti Royale. Dunno, but it's a nice story. I know that Enzo Ferrari wanted F40 buyers to visit Maranello when the car was built.
I got approached by a gentleman in the Shell station in Salisbury the other week (who was interested in my car) who turns out to be an ex Saab rally driver and I think is one of this event's organisers. He invited me along but I didn't go. Do the cars do much or are they just on static display?
