That was the target figure but with good manners, thing is that's why they're calling it the 4xx.
I've been working with LOBA for a bit now and they are diagonally opposed tothe usual tuning house bullsh*t.. mega reserved and let the products do the talking, they don't do software in essence they're manufacturing bullets for others to shoot
It certainly looks the part, the impeller leading edge looks exactly the same as the front fan of my Jets engine. By definition the tip,of the impeller is travelling faster than the root, so Loba machine the leading edge with a reducing angle of attack to get the max out of it. Half span kink energises flow.
This really is cutting edge tech for turbos, it's a definite step forward from the franken-turbo hybrids we've had in the past and is more to do with the capability of 5 axis CNC machines...wouldn't want to be sat with a shed load of stage 3 / 4 turbo kits on a shelf
