Yeah, everything works as normal in that respect. But it will take a while to update on the balances etc due to the fault

I've got a Natwest account and everything seems to be working fine on mine. Stuff i have paid for online/in stores and cash taken out today is all showing as earmarked/come out.

Shall wait and see if the wages go in next week when they should do.

My card wasn't working yesterday when trying to pay in tesco! Today it is working. Still nothing online again though!

I've just checked my iphone app and I've been paid and money is moving between accounts like it should  :pomppomp: :pomppomp:

My wages have now cleared and payments now going back out again :happy2:
Luckily im in a position where it wasn't affecting me financially thanks in part to being weekly paid anyway, but a very poor show by Natwest!  :fighting:

This could have happened to any bank. It's a reflection of the world we live in. We are that reliant on technology that when it fcuks up it can have disastrous consequences.

The proof in the pudding will be how Natwest sort out the affected customers.

Got an email and a text to say they have fixed the issue and are now dealing with the backlog.
