Quick question about fitting ITG

Hi there,

Just a quick question....

Due to the fact I have to stay in waiting for a delivery and that I can't nip out for a can of silicone spray, is there anything else I could use instead?

It's for fitting the hoses onto the tubing!!!

I don't want to use anything that will harm the pipes etc.

What about GT85? It's like WD40 but with Ptfe. 


Any ideas?

 just spray a tiny bit on the end of your finger and rub it on the pipes end

Does the maf sensor wire and the dv hose need securing or are they ok just sitting free?

Anyone with the ITG going to Inters mind if I compare installs?
