One thing I've leaner this weekend is that....

Most 4wd times are bull crap...I went up against the tt shops TT...he did a 3." " 0-60 and a 12. Summit 1/4 mile.....mine done a 13. Summit
Once the 4wd system is of the line the gap does start to close, a bloke in a silver charged S5 done me off the line but he said he saw me catching him towards the end

I mean don't get me wrong there great times and fast but the 1/4 mile is just sh*ts and gigs now, I ran stock suspension, stock mounts and tires near wear bars, I was impressed but I don't think I'll do the 1/4 mile again, doesn't show anything on a FWD car really, yes it gives you a rough idea of times and hell yea it's fun but I could spend grands trying to get a time I'm Happy with on the strip  :signLOL:

Much better than my times.  Zero launch grip, but fine when hitting 3rd.  Too much power :(

Can-bus Racelogic traction control system is next on my list now.

for gods sake

Great unit.  Not cheap, but luckily I've fitted them before!  Launch control and fully adjustable traction control.

can it do flatshifitng? Run alongside OEM ecu?

I used to have racelogic traction control on my 200sx and on that if you added a clutch switch you could them have full throttle shifting.

So on a new VAG car it should be a case of just turning it on :happy2:

Canbus version doesn't have flatshifting.  It will run with the oem ecu as long as the missfire recognition is turned off.  I usually run a wot box with the racelogic to get the flatshifting.

All those big Audi's were loud as F00K  :scared:

Can't believe I missed you Jack  :sad1:

I went to the Revo Stand (there were about 10 all together) and I think I saw your Ed30 but the woman I asked said she wasn't 100% sure who the owner was and another bloke said he couldn't see you when he looked around.

Tried a few times but no luck.

Went round on Sunday too but didn't see your car and thought u must have gone home???

Club organisation, and turnout was poor really. Would have been nice to all get together.

On Sunday when I went past the club stand there was no spaces on the front, and no way was I going behind. The grass was like a bog, and I witnessed quite a few cars being towed out of the mud by a big red RS4.

Grand total of 3 tents  :sad1:

The company more than made up for the poor turnout and bad weather!!!

Thanks Chris, Dom and Dwaine  :notworthy:

Edit.... So sorry Gaz, just realised this is your sprint thread not the Inters thread. Back on topic now I think  :ashamed:

:signLOL: no worries monte. I did have a nosey at the club stand but no one was around. Tbh i thought it was a pretty poor turnout all round. I dont know if it was any busier on sunday but i thought sat was a poor turn out. It just seemed too spread out for my likings. It may have been the predicted forecast that put a lot of people off.
