How have I not seen this car before, the ap racing brakes are amazing aren't they, on the mobile so only got that far back, I've got them with r8 4pots and brake fade is a thing of the past, do you go to any of the gti NI shows, like castewellan or will u be at cruise for cancer?

Cheers mate    Yes the Ap Brakes are by far superior    As you say brake fade is a thing of the past, I find the brake setup perfect IMO, for myself anyways !

I have not entered the car into a show from last year, just not for me, but i do attend the odd show, go with friends and have great days out, I have a few stonechips that are needing fixed, before i could enter the next show      Have spent the last year having the car set-up to the way i want it, lots of parts replaced and about 5 wheel alignments done    Crazy anno... But getting closer to perfect everytime !

As far as i'm aware, The cruise for cancer is on this weekend?

I haven't planned on going, but will see come closer to the time, you heading yourself?

Was thinking of going to cruise for cancer, but need to see if I get a few things done tomorrow, I wouldn't worry too much about stonechips shows u drive the car, wouldn't put racing discs on a car for not to drive it hard, there's a lot of detail went into ur car and it's so easily missed by people but good work

I would like to get the bonnet freshly painted, and have the whole bonnet wrapped with the 3M protection wrap, to try and save it from further more chips, I also have a front bumper with the vortex splitter smoothed in    would like it wrapped too, see what happens, just enjoy driving it now, no need to do anything until I get bored again.


That's a real nice car you have matey, almost changed to get one awhile back! In Orange       You keep it extremely well, the red is so bright   credit to ya.

I know what you mean about stonechips and minor paint imperfections you say my paints mint and in my head to sort the we bits in each panel I'm left thinking respray lol so think it's time for a change as I'm getting too fussy.

But stealth is the why forward, I've been surprised by a few golf at lights
