Got a bit of an update !

Customised my GTI steering wheel to operate as a MFSW, due to my highline dash needing the MFSW to work correctly.

So:.
Removed the plastic covers to find the foam that needs cutting away...


Weapon of choice !


Didn't last long, went back to using stanley.

I wouldn't be able to do it myself.

At the moment I have 5 active screens on my Polar FIS. On the 1st one I have these parameters:
1-Boost pressure (actual)
2-Exhaust temperature
3-Boost pressure (specified)
4-Intake temperature
5-Oil temperature
6-Engine temperature

Cheers matey !    It was much easier just to use a sharpe blade, plus the small discs to cut broke a few times, wasn't worth the injuries that could have been casued    tiny bits of cutting disc flying about place...  *** Safety goggles save eyes ! *** 

I'm just happy it all worked out.  This was more a test to get my highline working...I do like the look of the ED35 steering wheel...

Thanks mate !    You wouldn't or couldn't ???  Once i cut the first bit, that's when i said, Ahh there's no going back now, at the point of no return!  Once the first side was done, the second was much easier to do.

On the Polar, They look like a good selection of options to view, think i need to have time spent playing around with it... Not to sure how to add extra screens yet, also how come i only have 5 options to view on screen ???

I wouldn't be able to finish the job... Need more skills.

You can set 10 different screens, I think, and how many parameters you see in each screen. It's all customizable.

Just spend some time getting to know the different options available. It's not too hard to figure out after a while.

Yeap, but if you set it from 0-60 it will count as soon as you make the last click. Better to set it from 1-60 to be easier on the hand pedal coordination.

  Will do mate, cheers, i also noticed it's possible to add a title in, think someone had R-tech on a highline screen, Mine has "DK ED30 +" !
 I'll have a search for some reading to help me along the way.
