If it's strictly bands then it has to be the Foo Fighters!  :notworthy:

Why? The most immense live band on the planet!

Would go with that  :happy2:

Chilli Peppers are up there for live performances!! First saw them about 20 years ago in a club in Brighton and didn't lose anything when they got BIG and moved to the stadiums!!

Favourite Band: The Rolling Stones.

Why? - Does anyone really need the reasons why spelt out? - I think this video speaks for itself:

Other favourites include Prince, Led Zeppelin, War, Queen, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder, and many more.

Prince,

Or (if strictly talking bands)

Prince and the Revolution

Or

Prince and the NPG

Lots more favourites but Prince is still the best.

Bit of a mix for me.

Top of my artist list; Elton John, sublime in my view.
Better vocalist and piano player than some give him credit for. IMHO.

Then in no particular order: Faithless, Prodigy, Manics, Foos, Queen.

Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble
The best guitar player ever...!!!
Unfortunally I didn't have the luck to see him live.
