Temporary Cover
« on: July 23, 2012, 07:26:14 pm »
Hi peeps!! I'm getting a VW courtesy next week but I have to get the insurance. Can anyone recommend any companies? Apparently the insurance company i'm with doesn't provide temp cover (Highways Insurance)  :fighting:

You should be driving it on VW's own insurance, I know I have in the past. Maybe they're just not keen to advertise that??

Aviva is very cheap if needs must.
Sideways yo!

Just a heads up, Aviva, Marker Study and HPI Short term are all dayinsure.com :)

Not if it's for the arch rust good will. I got told I would have to do the same but as I'm going away I don't need a car

I went through my own insurance (swift cover) and got a temp policy for a week for the polo

It cost me £32
