What would you love to see in the car Industry?
« on: July 04, 2012, 08:45:20 pm »

I'd love to see Triumph reborn as a British competitor to BMW. I grew up with the Triumphs of the 70's, and whilst were most flawed, they looked amazing.

What would you like to see in the Car Industry, British or otherwise?

Fun Golf: 2016 mk7 R DSG 3 door. Work Golf: 2015 mk7 1.4 TSI GT ACT 5 door.
Gone but not forgotten : mk2 Golf GTI 16v, mk4 Golf V6 4Motion, mk5 GTI Storm Developments Stage 1, mk5 GTI Revo Stage 1, BMW 330ci, Skoda Octavia VRS Revo Stage 2, BMW Z4 Sdrive35i.

VW stay very true to their brand. I think that's really important.

....'Crazy and stunning' is what the Italians do rather better than the Germans. The French just do 'crazy' and the English have become a bit boring but there is enormous talent when the attitude is right.

They are going as far to equip a trick diff in the Mk7, please please please, VW listen to us. Do what Vauxhall have done with the GTC VXR. Proper 4 pots, 2 piece discs.

The triumphant return of a new, affordable TVR... Porsche to drop the terrible status symbols that are the Panamera and the Cayenne... Designers to actually design DRLs instead of them always looking like some atrocious after thought...
