If you're not a mechanic then I don't know diddly about anything! Your project is truly the work of an artist - the so called 'technicians' at VW main dealers up and down the land would not know where to start with what you've achieved. You have created something truly unique and you're more of a mechanic ( I wouldn't put you in that bracket actually - more automotive engineer & wizard!) than most of us will ever be. Congratulations. Can't wait to see the finished article.

When looking at the pictures of the engine after the new mounts i notice that it's tilted quite a lot backwards, have you had any considerations as to the function of the oilpickup? Hopefully you won't get oilstarvation

The lower engine mount is not attached 
It needs to be shortened and it needs to go up a bit. Because I'm using the MK4 lower mount and it comes in two pieces, I want to take the Arm piece and design it how I need it to be, than take it to be made on CNC (one strong piece) Just tired of welding

Instead of CNC I decided to try the cheaper way 





a friend who welded this sad it would newer breack ...but we shall see

the return pipe from the IC to the TB is a f63 but i decided to make an F70 one because the exit from the IC is F70, and in the future I plan on getting an F70 TB so...

I also ordered some parts from Samco that this firm did not produce



and finally the clutch and the 38mm wastegate are here in my hands





and I cant believe the quality difference between Samco (blue) and SiliconHoses (black)



the pipe from the turbo to the IC fixed



and the thing bothering me for so long :banghead:



no room for the wastegate but i put in a smaller brake booster (golf mk5 R32) and now there is a bit more space.



but I still had to redo the manifold:

so we'll see what happens

It could be be finished in a month or so but that would mean no summer holiday,and my wife living me 
I hope in the next two -three weeks we will start up the engine, but we'll see
