Nice job. Didn't know about these LWS carbon guys. Did you get to see more of their parts ? I would like to know how well do they fit as they have 3 versions for mk5 bonnets !

Today I got to completing the front end of the car.
I took the water rad and fans and installed them ...

but no space for the IC

so now the question is ... do I cut a perfectly good Rallye bumper and install an Air to Air IC, or I buy a water to air IC and get it in here ...

Any advice

Somebody somewhere will do a chargecooler kit for a mk2. More efficient than an Ic in many cases

I've seen an MK2 bonnet and tailgate and they are first class  :happy2:
As soon as I start driving my car I'm going for the tailgate  :P

The website is very very similar to the performance trim website. I emailed LWS over a week ago and had no reply

OK the Mishimoto is going out and for sale  and I will be getting an Alloy 2 row MK2 water rad and thinking of going with the Forge TT RS IC.
I hope I can mount them one on top of the other and get that done
In the meantime i made a great progress... managed to get the MK5 power windows motors to work in the Rallye manual window rail's :drinking:
Again great help from my friend Mario Bacher  :notworthy:

Good work mate  :happy2:
Still thinking a few months for completion?

Yes  :happy2:
Well I bought almost all the parts I need to finish up:
KW V3 should arrive this week (then starting on the ABS Sensors and driweshafts )
Forge Audi TT RS IC - should arrive this week
Golf 3 Aluminium water rad - Should arrive in 15 days or so  (then starting on finishing the front end )
AFI exhaust manifold should arrive at the end of this month (then the oil and water lines as the exhaust and intake to be made)... so a lot of work coming up and I hope I can stand the pressure and get the Rallye on the streets this year  :happy2:
There will be a lot of minor parts needed but I guess everything will be OK  :drinking:
