I've had my wheels refurbed in gunmetal grey  today and my wheels look ace they are sprayed the painter chris is mint 10 years trained at ford and has now set up on his own after being made redundant at ford.

Powdercoated or painted?

Painted powder coating isn't the best for gloss finishing

Ah right, I haven't seen cracking results from painted alloys or from what I saw when I worked at a well known dealership

theres pros and cons for both painted and powder coated wheels.

ETTO and all that, painted will give a better smoother finish but wont be as resilient as a powdercoated wheel.
