Adding a Forge Twintercooler...
« on: July 16, 2012, 11:46:25 am »
after much deliberation I have decided am going to add the above to my set up (along with the Super Pro Group Buy this will be one of the last performance mods I do... accept the 911T brake upgrade of course )

can those who have this set up along with their oem cooler and/or uprated cooler confirm the benefits and their experiences of running such a combination? no regrets i take it anyone?

Absolutely no problems here - intake temps kept good even on a K04 car with Twintercooler plus OEM intercooler

I'm also thinking about getting one of these, heard that the AirTec one is exactly the same as the forge one & it's 400ish quid..

Note; someone had trouble fitting an Airtec one the other day and were dubious about the core too... do your research, though big on the ford scene...
