When I had issues I was using finance, and the main email there is: customer.accounts@vwfs.co.UK

I also emailed Chris craft who was vw UK CEO at the time.

I can't find the new CEO, but if you can get his/her email then anything should get sorted pretty quick. If you find the name of the person the email address is in the format: Chris.craft@volkswagen.co.UK
