VW Bluetooth modules - difference in revisions C & D

Just trying to find the best price for a VW Bluetooth kit to hook up to my RCD510 and red Midline display and have two revisions of the same Bluetooth module, the part numbers are 5K0035730D and 5K0035730C. Is there significant difference between C & D or could i use Revision C without any issues?

D revision supports audio over Bluetooth. I don't think the c one does.
So you can play music from your phone through the head unit.
With android, you can also listen to the Google nav instructions.
