can you buy a fuse kit, something that has all the different amps to make it a good spare set to keep ?

Ebay 321033841571 for example

120pcs :surprised:  Wouldn't use that many in my life time   Good price though :happy2:

If you don't want 120 then pay almost the same for 10 elsewhere on ebay.

They were 60p cheaper when I bought them last week!
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Yeah still a great price :happy2:

I know they are only fuses but how's the quality? Will probably get some to keep as spares.

Quite sturdy compared to the poundland types.
I have made a few sets up for other cars in the family to have in the glovebox for emergencies and still have about 70 left!

Apologies if my last post seemed a bit abrupt (walking and typing at Metro Centre where they barely get a signal nevermind 3G )

I'll sell you two of every Amp rating for £12 then if that makes it more appealing?

^^^^ stick your original ones back in to see if its the LED that are failing. If they work fine then yes you need some more LED's.

thanks johnmn I have written down all the places they go and I will put as instructed, how long did it take you to install them please.
I bought 2 complete sets as they where so cheap and just in case I ever need a spare but I should prob buy some spare fuses as someone else said,
can you buy a fuse kit, something that has all the different amps to make it a good spare set to keep ?
I think I will just install 1 at a time and then check it is working ok rather than the whole lot then they all don't work lol,, should I need to disconnect the battery for install do you think,
thanks

Pretty much answered by MC71. I just changed one by one. Battery connected. That way I knew everything worked - until I fused the circuit! Fuses have been mentioned above or you could pop to Halfords and buy some. As you say good to have. They are worth it and it didn't take massively long either!!

Well I have been meaning to do this for bloody ages now.  Thanks to all on this thread for information and Matt the Bulb King, I have orderd the set for the interior.

Only pants thing is that I will have to wait till end of Feb to install them, as away with work!

Gives me something to look forward to at least...

Cheers...
