You sir, were correct. Fantastic at night time, looks 100 times better.

Standard FL Cupra seats them (I think), same as the ones in the R.

Ask Matt for a kit for a Mk5 Golf (to include number plate LED's) and let him know your on this forum. I'm not sure of the price nowadays but whatever it is, its cheap and Matt's a top chap to deal with. He checks EVERY bulb before it goes out too.

I had a similar problem  

But I purchased new holders as a whole new unit and put the bulbs in those and havent had no problems since  

3B5 943 021D x 2 is the part no. and they were 16.37inc VAT

They've worked spot on for the last month and a half and now there playing up, seems a bit strange.

Mine were fine for a good couple of months iirc, and then one kept going out, so took out and tinkered with new bulbs and it was only when I swapped the unit to the other side which was working that I decided to replace it. So rather than just one I got 2 new ones

OK, I got the bulbs. Fast delivery. Anybody know what is what though, as they are all unmarked and don't say what they are... I feel really stupid asking but...
