I'd be patient and wait for a decent set to come on here from a trustworthy forum member. My Pescaras are mint, and I paid £630 for them delivered.
I honestly couldn't take someone's word a set of wheels will be genuine anymore, if a lad that lives 2 mins away from me that I've known for years can't be trusted no one can.
He came round last night and protests that they are genuine, even though I pointed out that the offset stamp is missing from the rim of the wheels and that the bbs Pfs rings do not fit into the wheels, he has said that he will take them back if I fix the buckle that is on one of the wheels. But I'm not willing to pay to fix a wheel that. Haven't damaged and been sold as genuine when they are not.
I asked him why no spigot rings were supplied with the wheels if he bought them brand new and he told me that he had them refurbished at the start of the year and the rings were missing when he got them back, turns out his girlfriend kerbed them badly so he got them redone! they probably got buckled with all the kerbs that she had hut!
I also found out on his Facebook that he was trying to sell them as soon as they were refurbished so something must of been up.
I think he has bought them second hand and had them refurbished, found out they were buckled and went to try and sell them
He has either bought them as fakes or has bought them second hand thinking they were genuine himself
I just can understand why he keeps insisting that he bought them from bbs in Germany for £1800 (can be bought for £1250 here)
