Interior Water Marks
« on: July 30, 2012, 09:53:14 am »
Hi all
Over the weekend like many we had a quite a large down-pour just as I was getting in and out of the car.  Today I noticed there are still some water marks on the drivers seat.  What's best to remove them?  Will AG interior shampoo work?

Thanks in advance

Andy

I too would like to know this. My fabric seats have a few marks on them.

Spray the autoglym interior shampoo liberally over the whole seat....next get a bowl of hot water & a microfibre cloth & lightly work the shampoo in frequently rinsing the cloth out. If you dont soak the whole seat then you will get a waterline when the wet parts dry out. Take up as much water with the cloth to speed up drying process - Ideally you need a day in the sun otherwise you will get a damp behind!

I had this problem lately too.

I used some APC spritzed onto the area of the seat and agitated with a clean cloth. Then jut rub dry as best ou can and leave to dry naturally.

Easy, inexpensive and well worth a try.
