probably not much you can do unless you can see the manufacturers stamp on them... maybe email them?

The hella lights are around that price on eBay

But you could buy them and just return them if they are not genuine

The description says 'R32 look' so that means they are not genuine.

But having said that the quality might be decent. Can't tell unless you order them.

also says genuine in the 'quick overview' - seems like an awesome price if genuine, only slightly more than people (including myself) pay for 2nd hand R32/Ed30 lights.

I reckon someone should take a punt and report back to the forum  :happy2:

Saying R32 look does not mean there not genuine, it just means there cheery red as opposed to the standard red of the normal lights#

From the 3 pics and the description i would say they look pretty genuine to me.
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

I've emailed asking if oem and the vw part numbers. They are £230 from awesome delivered, second hand 170 ish, but for the sake of fifty quid, may as well get new unless they are mint :)
Will post back, once I get a response.

I tinted my own with lamin-x tint polyvinyl sheet, a sharp exacto knife and a compass cutter to cut out the circles at the end. With perseverance, patience and a steady hand I am amazed how well it has turned out, you can't tell they are DIY'ed! Pics to follow!  And all for under £50! :jumpmove:
