Tsw nurburgrings pics?
« on: July 30, 2012, 10:01:54 pm »
Has anyone got 18" tsw nurburgrings fitted to there mk5?
Any pics?

They seem to be a lot lighter than the bbs wheels and are "spun forged" so should be a stronger wheel.

I had a search for roh echt and found some pics they look awesome in black but not too sure if the silver looks as good.

Also noticed vmr Wheels are very similar.

The hardest part of modding is picking which ones to get!

I have a black car so think it might just be a bit of much having black wheels too.

Yes, I do. Here's a few pics for ya; These are 18x8 w/45 offset @ 19lbs each. They are nearly identical to Neuspeeds RSe14's only lighter.

I looked at these a few months back - very nice looking wheel and much lighter than the vmr IIRC.

No-one in the UK I could find carried these - import only.  I ended up going for a set of Neuspeed Rse07's (18x8 et 45 8ish Kg each) based purely on my preference for the slightly more chunky design - mine are currently on order from the USA (via Awesome) expected some time in Sept.

I prefer the look of silver alloys on a black car :happy2:

Was looking at some VMR 710's myself but also looking at the 3SDM wheels (very similar design but half the cost):

I bit more than 2 inches. Mine was the early '07 US version sitting very high at 27-3/8 inches at the top of the wheel well from the ground. Mid '07's were dropped an additional 1/2" here. H&R Supersports dropped it just below 25" in the front and about 25" even at the rear.
