Winter Tyres option on Convenience Menu??

Hi guys, so as a complete newbie to Highline what the hell am i supposed to do with the above? When i fit winter tyres I am meant to tell the highline so that it can do what exactly?  :confused:

IIRC its just another speed indicator warning, incase youve got chains on and try and ton it. :signLOL:

oh so pretty useless then.

am i right in thinking that you really need a Polar FIS before you can use the HIghline so its full potential as some of the convenience/nav options are not that handy.although am finding the audio menu very useful
