best way to run windows on mac?

just quickly want to see whats people go to app for running windows on OSX??
Ive got vmware on my imac but it seems a little unreliable. Need to install windows on my mac on my Macbook, but wanted to hear peoples opinions.

I use virtual box jay.
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.1.18/VirtualBox-4.1.18-78361-OSX.dmg
(direct dowload link)
Its free... runs fine.. and i can run VCDS and REVO SPS software on it and it works great.
What programs are you needing to run?

They will all be fine... Articad might be a bit slow if its really heavy graphics wise. Have you thought about installing Windows via a bootcamp partition? You should get better performance out of it for graphics/3d stuff.
