Bold Sport Silver switches
« on: August 11, 2012, 04:43:08 pm »
Hey, bold sport in the US sell the silver tipped Mk VI switches, they sell two variations.  One classed as OEM, the other I guess a replica.

Has anyone bought the non OEM switches from these guys?  I can't see them being much different. It works out at about £30 difference in price.

Anyone?

If you read the descriptions next to the pic where it says manufacturer both links say VW OEM.. Ones called passat cc and the other is KW 4. Not sure what the differences are, probably from different vehicles but I am getting the cheaper ones in the next few weeks

Cool, just such a big difference in price between the two sets, even though, they are of the same description. God knows what the difference is in, I did e-mail them and ask them. Thanks guys, I'll get ordering :)

I'm liking the look of these and the price. I have a GT TDI with auto lights and no folding mirrors so I guess I'd be ordering 'automatic' and 'without power fold function'?
What is the trigger wire?

Thats what I ordered.

I think the trigger wire is for DRLs,   I didn't order that,
