Mind me asking what the new line of work entails? I'd love to have the balls to up and leave pretty much everything i know (IT) too and go down a new career path.

....Taking that very first step is always the hardest (including making a move on a new girlfriend!) but after a few steps later you wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Most people are afraid of change. It's not wise to leave a job of employment until you have something else to go to.

....dropped my car off to Greeners at Detail my ride... This week is gonna drag... Trip back in the i10 in monsoon conditions on the m40 was rather interesting with its trolley style tyres  ... Even more scary then driving a 300bhp ed30 on stock brakes if I'm honest

Today (now yesterday) I....

....Staked and string tied over 30 Sunflowers in my garden. They are beginning to bud and the heads get heavy. It has been very windy so tieing them to bamboo poles helps to stop them breaking. It's amazing to see what results from just one little seed. Some this year are wild.

used VCDS to turn on my fog lights as DRLs a la RedRobin:





I did this on my golf, i also swapped the bulbs to Cree which look more white like DRL's

All this positivity about DRL's greatly amuses me - There's even a new thread someone has just started about wanting some.

When I fitted my Hella LED DRL's way back in 2009 I got nothing but flak!

Iv finished my garden off..... Ish
Started to strip masonary paint of the wall posts but got bored
Moved 25 x 25kg bags of plaster
Picked up the capri from the garage an had a little blast down the motorway and saw a guy mouth "oh wow a capri" to his mate!

Its surprising how busy you can get when you have no job!!
