but why would you go to a company that does some work on a car then moves on to the next instead of a company who specialise in a type of car

its kind of like saying would you hire a plumber to fix your gas or a general handy man.

jack of all trades master of none?

go APR fully loaded. its totaly awsome in everyway.

bluefin maps are very tame and tbh i think SC have lost it abit

can you expand on this??

Or perhaps not in the interest of the said Wall being damaged... :signLOL:

I think it's best not to, and leave it to the O.P to decide which route he goes.

Was very happy with my Revo Stage 1 on my edition and made a strong 290bhp on JKM's rollers... I doubt anyone will get much more than this with any other map on JKM's rollers... those who say 300 is possible, i'd like to see...

Also very please with Revo Stage 2, now that I have the supporting mods and more...

Look forward to seeing what 2+ is like once an Intercooler is on... (only thing holding it back now - heatsoak).

I chose Revo as they specialise(d) in VAG cars, not every marque they could.

A) was that on JKM (tight) rollers?
B) Was that an edition 30? - Does the cupra not use the larger s3 intercooler?

on a standard run at JKM (same day as you) it made 272 standard should be 240  the intercooler on the cupra is the same as the ed30 I have an airtec waiting to go too. sitting in my shed at the moment

Thats not bad for standard...

Just read you had precat removed and ITG filter... My stage 1 was just map, no other mods.

I do find it strange, and would lobe to know why, stage 1,2,2+ always achieve more on Cupra/S3's than they do on E30's... Why is this?

I done hours of research on this topic.

In the end I went for superchips.

I can definatly vouch for steves bluefin. He has taken me for a drive in his car and although the bluefin may not be as aggresive as revo the full on power is very much there. As was said aggresive isnt allways the way to go as i feel my revo map can be dificult to manage sometimes as in wheel hop ect...
Bluefin is a map i would consider for sure...

if you intend to go stage 2 plus, bluefin is cheaper than APR  by 50 pounds, however its not switchable like the APR map. Revo is the most expensive, the switchable option is there also, but it costs extra.

Theres a few people over on SCN who have tried all 3!

APR for me

Upgrades from Stage1 to Stage2 and Stage2+ are FREEEEEEEEEE (if done at HQ, Dealers such as Awesome might charge a labour fee)

I will soon be doing the jump from Stage1 to Stage2

You could go out of the box and go for a map custom setup to how you want it...
