Advice please cost or how to fix

Hello,
My driver door central locking  has stopped working using the key fob but does open using the key.
Also my passenger seat doesnt slide anymore.
So question is how much to fix eithier by vw or independant.
No good at fixing these things myself and no longer under warranty.

Seat will be the little plastic release catch that has  broke i would think. Pence from the dealer but a bit of a pig to change i'm told. Think the ''new'' one is a revised design so at least when changed should not go again. No idea on cost of door parts but i bet there not cheap.
