Fitted the P-Flo, wasn't too difficult, but tricky at times.

I also decided to remove the piss poor "Neuspeed" sticker which was on the pipe work.

Picture of the sheltered work area.

Nice little write up, when did you do this mod. :happy2:

JPC:
has the engine cover got no chance of fitting back on? does it need major work or minor trimming?

looks great mate. any news on effectiveness? is that part of the engine bay or for temperature?

There's not much chance of fitting the standard cover back on as its an integral part of the original intake system, and as such I dont want to butch my own cover. I had thought about separating the top from the bottom, and seeing what modification would be required.

As for performance gains, it does feel slightly more responsive, and seems to pull harder (but this is maybe a kind of placebo effect?), the noise is significantly different and you can hear the turbo spool more.

The other gain is on mpg which has risen between 3-6 depending on diving style.

My overall impression is good, it would have been nice if the cover could be on, and if it had come with an air intake to channel the cold air towards the filter.

Does it give any form of 'growl' noise?
