Hi Guys,

Is anyone running a Blueflame 100 cell full sports exhaust on their mark 5?

If so, please can you tell me what stage you have your car remapped to? Name of the tuning company?

And if you are using a lambda spacer (post-cat lambda) which one you have installed (e.g. 42 Draft design etc).

I have the above mentioned setup on my mk5 and cannot get the setup right. I am flashed to stage 2, using a 90 degree lambda spacer (PTR exhausts) drilled to 8MM and am getting a B1 S1 (P2196 004) error as a result of using the 90 degree lambda spacer. in theory, I should not need the lambda spacer as I am on stage 2 but it appears that my tuner simply cannot get his head around deleting the second sensor!!

All feedback is appreciated.

I have a blueflame decat system and have just put the O2 sensors where they should be in the exhaust.

I installed my stage 2 bluefin map before starting the car and I haven't had any fault codes

Your map should change the settings to suit the cat, so the EML light doesn't come on  :happy2:

Apparently not for the AMD Technik stage 2 flash.

The DTC that I get with a spacer does not bring up a CEL.

Without the spacer I get the catalyst system error.

Apparently, it's just problems that they have with Blueflame
exhausts and not Milltek.

Not sure what to try next?
