Seriously quick John.  :notworthy:

Not much going to be able to keep up with that

Also, was that in the snow today??  :driver:

Not today, it was Monday on the race map before I switched back to pump mode.

Firstly that is Mighty impressive Hurdy, Ive heard about this car off Simon House....

From 60 to 100 it's slower then my Ed30 at stage 2 by 1 second.

Steve out of curiosity what was the 60-100mph time in your stage 2 ED30?

Cheers

You know what.... I think that you will end up doing a 3.0s 0-60 eventually.  :happy2:

Tough call that. It is the law of diminishing returns. 0.4 seconds off 3.4 seconds is MUCH harder than 0.4 seconds off 5 seconds.

HPA's Golf R with a 3.6 litre twin tubo'd V6 and 740bhp does 3.1 to 62mph, which is roughly 3.0 to 60mph

Why does it slow up from 90-100 so badly John ? Weight or transmission losses?

From 60 to 100 it's slower then my Ed30 at stage 2 by 1 second.

Dam fast of the mark though :surprised:

0-60 is more about grip, 60-100mph is about power to weight. Once i have more fuel pressure on the LPFP side it will be faster. Some proper race fuel on the race map would also be better as I still feel that it pulls power.

The downhill turns to uphill  :P :P :P :ashamed:

Should be achievable with a bit more power and grippier or wider rubber to reach the really low 3.1's. The manual and s-tronic TTRS's have been doing it with around 420hp

60-100kmph in 4 seconds dead. :innocent:

I managed 0-60 in 6.1, with 3mm fronts so struggled for traction, easily can better that by .5 with new rubber.

That's why I couldn't believe there's a noticeable difference higher up, and this car is also modified.

Don't want to burst your bubble Steve, but I think you might need to re-calibrate your iphone app pal.. Not a chance in hell that a Stage 2 ED30 is doing 4 seconds dead from 60-100mph unless it's being run in San Fransico  :signLOL:. That's over full second quicker than a Stage 2+ Ed30 and even GTR pace mate.

All of the figures are pointless unless done on the same performance meter at the same time and place, otherwise can and worms springs to mind. Good for a laugh, but I would take those figures with a massive pinch of salt..
