... I love how your car makes the same chatter noise as you let of the throttle as mine does  :laugh: (albeit ~2 seconds slower)

So, the recent issues with the car at high rpm's look like they may well be due to too much boost coming in all at once and the basic controllerfor the WMI. So Steve at Statllers has suggested using the E-boost 2 controller to progressively manage both the boost and WMI.

Jake ( Danishmkvgti ) says his works very well, so I thought I'd give one a pop. :happy2:

Anyone else used one?

I'm no expert on this by any means (far from it in fact), but wouldn't high rpm be running less boost than midrange rpm?  :confused:

Too much boost early on kills top end power. Boost should be managed really throughout the rev range and the Eboost  should help with that.

Update......

Well it has been a while and the R has had a few issues lately, which I'm glad to say now have been resolved by Steve Jr and Craig at Statllers. :happy2:

Not a massive update really, but today saw the E-Boost 2 controller go on. The R didn't like the manual boost controller too much. It made part throttle quite twitchy and coming off full boost was quite violent at times. It did the job fine for the strip, but for the road it was very much a temporary fix. So now the E-Boost controller is sat in prime place with an OSIR vent pod  just to the right of the steering wheel and an excellent piece of kit it is too. Jake ( Danishmkvgti ) had one of these fitted a while back and likes his a lot, so I thought I'd take the same plunge. Operationally it has quite a few options, but once set up is VERY smooth in operation, I'd even go as far to say that it feels smoother than using the N75 OEM controller!

Sorry to hear you've had a few problems with it John :sad1:

Are the problems due to the fact it's tuned (and used hard)? Or just random failures? Just surprising with yours being a fairly new car  :confused:
