It is Owen Developments new top end range of turbo's
Everything from HTA28series upwards to HTA40.

These have extra ceramic coatings, engineering differences aren't on their website yet, but should give a little bit more for equivalent sizes over the M-Spec ones.

Golf R gone.

Pft, Alex over at AKS has one of these already... Boring! :P

Totally not feeling like the weak, skinny kid in the school changing room with my K03 turbo engine...

 :sad1:

Look closer I think Alex has an M-Spec one.

Owen Developments are the best!

My friend has a corsa running 726bhp thats got an Owen Developments turbo. They have great after sales service too!

Looking forward to what else you have planned now, you'll be smashing right through 10 seconds now John  :happy2:

On the compressor side they have a crackle glaze coating, on the exhaust side they have a ceramic heat coating and on the intake side they also have a Venturi feed to aid the flow and speed of the air into the turbo. No specific details on how much better the spool is or any top end, but a revision like the Venturi is a big one and wouldn't have been adopted if it didn't make a decent difference.  :happy2:

It would be rude not to go for a HTA35, but may well stick with a 30.

Funny you should mention that. A bodybuilder mate suffered mild whiplash after just 4 launches in my R.
